Great work! I would recommend imperial roofs for any chimney work needed. Stephan did a great job. They were quick and efficient and completed the work in the quoted time and cost.

Stephan and crew did my roof about 5 years ago and recently I observed some leaking around my chimney. Called Stephan on Friday and on Monday morning his team were at my place. Within an hour they fixed the issue (some caulking that needed replaced). A truly professional company with excellent response times, I highly recommend them.

Imperial Roofs is amazing!!! Mike and his staff are extremely professional, their workmanship is outstanding and their prices reasonable. It was incredible watching Mike and his team work in unison, true art! They replaced the roof on our home, car port and backyard shed as well as siding on our home. Their skill, technique and expertise is superior, we love the end product! Even when the crew encountered a problem on the car port roof, quality was never compromised. Stephan, the owner, and Mike truly went above and beyond with their customer service, making sure they got each job done to the highest quality standard while making sure my mom was taken care of the entire time. We are extremely happy and grateful for the importance Imperial Roofs places on each customer and every job. Our roof had a lot of damage that Mike and his crew had the patience and commitment to fix. Update: The gutter system that was also replaced vibrates in one corner of the house when it is very windy and/or during ice rain. This was not the case with our old gutter system. Getting the team to come in and fix this issue has been quite troubling and non-existent. I have started to question their warranty stance, where the gutter system has 3 years warranty and they have chosen to avoid fixing it. The roof has a much longer warranty, but my confidence in this company to stand by their warranty has diminished.

Before I hired Imperial Roofs, I had another roofer selected. Due to raining, covid surges, the project kept getting delayed. When I circled back with that roofer, they mentioned that the cost of materials had "skyrocketed", thus opening up the bidding for other roofers to entertain.

That's what led me to Imperial Roofs. Michael and I discussed the vision I had for my roof, gutter system, and replacing vents with metal versus the existing plastic ones. When the quote came in, it was slightly higher than the original roofer I had, but Imperial Roofs was doing far more work, like adding an extra vent in the roof, replacing an old inactive vent with an active vent, and using better grade shingles. It was all worth it.

The job was completed over a couple of days. The roofing completed in one day, the gutter system was over three days. The end result of upgrading a roof that had been degrading over 23-years was exactly how I envisioned my new roof and gutter system. The colours I chose do make the house standout more.

The clean-up was not up to Imperial Roofs' standard, so they came back to clean-up the missed nails and shingles. Their follow-up is open and receptive, which is important from a company that you hire. There is no one-and-done from Imperial Roofs, as they truly care about their customers, as well as their work.

Can't recommend Imperial Roofs highly enough. From beginning to end Mike and his team were available, easy to communicate with and clear about the process and price. They completed the job quickly and cleaned up around the house -- the place was spotless. The new roof looks great. Our neighbour told us that he thought falling debris had knocked off the dryer vent cover on his house. I didn't believe that Imperial did this but I brought it to Mike's attention and he spoke with the neighbour and replaced the cover free of charge with no questions asked. While he was at it he replaced the one on our house as well. Just a class act. An excellent experience through and through. Professional and organized. If I could give more starts I would. Mike was a pleasure to deal with. I will be recommending Imperial Roofs to family and friends from now on.

Within 30 min of contacting the company, Mike called back and booked a quotation appointment. After examining the roof, mike explain his findings and provided his recommendations. Very professional, very informative and zero pressure. Prior to his departure Mike provided a written quote which followed the same day by an electronic quote. The install was done within the timeframe provided. The install crew was very friendly, professional and did an excellent & clean job. Mike himself was present during the first 90 min of the install. The owner Stephan communicated regularly and kept us informed about the instal date. Most noticeable point about Mike & Imperial Roof is their transparency. I definitely recommend them.

The roof was falling off shingle by shingle, and the aluminium was liking and falling as well, we requested estimate & references in multiple places and Imperial Roof was the only business who satisfied our need. The process of selecting our new products was easy with the help of Mike, he helped us to select the best products. During the installation the team was friendly.
