I was getting a rental property ready for new tenants, and wanted to replace some 20-year old bathroom fans that had become noisy and ineffective. Zoran took time to ensure the installation was done to his exacting standards, avoiding damage to the ceiling to eliminate the need for costly residual repair work. Although he is often retained for commercial projects, he has no hesitation on taking on smaller projects when his schedule allows it. He replaced some alarms that are close to the end of their lifespan, and also easily fixed a central vac socket that had not worked properly in years.
