I just have garage door installed by Easy Access Garage Door to my complete satisfaction. I considered them based on reviews from HomeStars and didn't regret. Whatever Chris promised , they delivered, even sooner then originally agreed upon. Also, worth mentioning is the fact that estimate is clear and easily understandable. He made an extra mile to ensure that doors are available. All of that with no extra cost. I can only recommend them for anybody who's considering this project.

I discovered the torsion spring for one of my garage door was broken and called Chris. Chris called me back first thing in the morning and provided a very reasonable quote and replaced the spring within two hours. Chris also tightened the drive belt and adjusted the opener so that the door closed properly at no extra cost. I would like to thank Chris for the prompt service he provided and would not hesitate to call him again in the future. I will be sure to recommend him to family and friends if they require his services. Thanks again Chris for a job well done.

We discovered that our garage door wouldn't open when we tried to get our car out to go grocery shopping. I went onto the HomeStars website to find a garage door repair company and Easy Access Garage Doors was the first one I called. Chris answered his phone and told me he could be there in 10-15 minutes. He did arrive within that time, figured out that one of the springs had cracked and got the garage door opened, so I could get my cars out. He didn't have the part with him, but promised to return the next day to fix our garage door. The next afternoon, Chris showed up with his assistant and fixed our garage door in 30 minutes. I am so pleased with Easy Access Garage Doors -- I would have no problems recommending them to anyone. Chris is very professional, punctual and an all-around nice guy. Thank you so much!

Both cable on my garage doors broke. I called Chris on Saturday and on Sunday he came to fix it. He is very nice and honest repairman. He was done in 15 minutes for very fair price. He even told me that in order to save money, I don't have to change the parts what are still good. I am sure many other companies would do work what I didn't need and charge me big bucks for it. Boy, I am glad Chris and his partner came to service my garage door. I just wish that other companies are like he is. If I have a problem definitely I am calling Chris again. I would definitely recommend Chris and his Easy Access Garage Door to everyone else.

Sunday: My Garage door is not operating properly and I think that I have spring problems, so I send Chris an email. Same evening Chris emails back, How about lunch time on Monday? I confirm. Chris shows up on time and says that I don't need a transplant (springs) just some physio
(adjustments)!
I wish that more companies both big and small would deliver service like this!

Couple of weeks back my garage door wouldn't open. I thought the spring had broken, as this happened in my previous house. Also, i didn't have a garage door opener and my wanted one. I called around for quotes for the repair and installation. Chris from Easy Access was one of the respondents and his price was competitive and he offered Lift Master garage door opener with belt driven and with good warranty. He was prompt in comming to service, when he came and inspected the garage door, he said the door didn't open not because of the spring, some lever had jammed. He said i didn't have to replace the springs, call him when the spring broke and he will still honour the price. Since i had been in the house for 17 years and the spring was never replaced and as he was there i asked him to go ahead anyways.
He really did a perfect job, i was watching and he took rhe time and trouble to ensure the job was perfect. With the garage door opener my Homelink, didn't work and he walked me through the proceess to get a Repeater kit from Homelink . He told me he would come and install it when i received it and make sure that the Homelink in my car will work.
The service Chris offered is excellent, very prompt and professional.

Chris and his team did a great job! Replaced by then 1/4" builder doors with insulated doors. The new doors give the house an updated look and now I will see if the insulated doors make a difference in the Winter.

I've ask Chris for 1/2 and 3/4 Belt and with his recommendation i've chosen the 3/4 Belt. Chris was on site and installed within 30min. The opener is working great..
