Excellent, friendly, and fast customer service! My dryer was working great....except it didn't have any heat! Jason came and fixed it for me. He was polite, personable, and fast. Would recommend.

Waterloo Appliance came to repair my oven and we discovered that the relay board/timer was faulty and the part was no longer available for purchase. The repairman recommended an electronics repair shop where we could get the part rebuilt and then he would come back to reinstall it rather than spend the money for a new oven. We did just that and the process was quick and easy and relatively inexpensive compared to the cost of a new oven. This all happened the week before Christmas and he had us back up and running in time for Christmas dinner! We would not hesitate to call this company again for the next repair.

For over a year I have been buying filters for my Frigidaire Fridge which were no good. No one had ever told me that manufacturer had changed the fittings of these filters and I have literally thrown money drown the drain. Waterloo Appliance Service was kind and honest to tell me about the this change and how to demand for correction to be made on behalf of the manufacturer. Waterloo Service Appliance had also repaired my oven after I was told to simply replace the stove itself. I appreciate the honesty and superb work rendered. I had been over charged by local companies for poor service. I certainly would recommend Waterloo Appliance Service if you are seeking quality and honesty.

Two calls , one for a dishwasher repair and the other for installing a new dryer vent. Both these calls were carried out with efficiency and courtesy. The second call did require a follow up visit which was handled again with courtesy and efficiency and with no charge. I should also mention that in addition to the first class servicemen, the telephone service was excellent as well.

Jason diagnosed and had the repair part in hand within a week to have me up and running again.

We called Waterloo Appliance to look at our Washer. Jason told us we needed a bearing and would cost more to repair then buy a new machine
Was very helpful in giving advice as to models to look at and ones to avoid and also tips to make the new one last longer

Joe from Waterloo Appliance fixed our washing machine promptly, neatly, and at a very reasonable cost. Although it was a large job and took him a little longer than he expected, he kept the price fair and took the time to explain what he did and what I should look for in continuing to maintain my appliance. Joe clearly knows his craft very well and presents himself professionally and humbly. We are very pleased at the work he did. While we hope to not need to employ appliance repair people often, when we need to we will be certain to call Waterloo Appliance Service and to ask for Joe.
By the way, he replaced the belt and pump on our Huebsch Washing Machine.

I called Waterloo Appliance because they were the contract company for our warranty. It took a week for the appointment. Joe was a friendly, courteous repairman and tested the electronic boards to determine the problem. He suggested we replace one of the boards and repair the fans. He had turned the fridge back on to test it. While Joe was writing up his estimate for the repair, not only did the compressor start working, but the fans did too! I don't know what happened but I'm happy to report that the fridge seems to be working fine now. Perhaps it was just a stuck relay switch, as Joe suggested as a cause. He was both professional, personable and Honest!!
He even said he would email GE to ask if they have ever had a similar incident. I would recommend Joe and Waterloo Appliance for certain.

I was not impressed at all by the service. I called the service to fix my dishwasher. The dishwasher was powering up but would not start the cycle. The technician told us that he needs to order the new lock. After a week he came again, installed the lock and told us that the dishwasher did not power up any more and is not sure about the reason but he suspected that now the circuit board was gone. He was not able to explain how that could happen as the board was fine just a week ago. The price of the new board was $220 and with the labor we were looking now at more then $450 total charges plus another week of waiting for the part. I obviously said that we were not going into that expense to fix the old dishwasher. I still had to pay about $200 of charges for the visits even though my dishwasher was in the worst shape after they worked on in then before they started. The company would not agree to waive or reduce the charge. The whole experience was disappointing. Boris.
