Joe ... our technician ... as always did a fantastic job at repairing my gas stove that I "inherited" when I purchased our home.

I have used "Waterloo Appliance" many times and have always been more that pleased with the service.

Joe is a perfect gentleman and is really good at his ability to fix an item. He also has amazing ideas how "things" can work better in the kitchen so that you get longer life out of an appliance.

Joe is fare and honest about the work that needs to be completed.

I also love it when I get to talk to "Andrew" the owner ... really accommodating and nice guy.

Joe came from Waterloo Appliance. He was prompt, very knowledgeable and very pleasant. He was able to resolve the problem quickly, advised us on how to prevent it from happening again and fixed another problem that another technician was unable to fix with our freezer door.

We called to have our old dishwasher removed and replaced with a new one. I didn't realize they don't normally do that kind of service, as it was my first time dealing with this business, but Jason was nice enough to do it regardless. We had been trying to do it ourselves for several weeks and failing - he got it done quick and made it look easy! He noticed some issues with our plumbing and recommended we have a plumber come in to fix it, wrote notes and everything while explaining the issues to us.. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient!

We considered replacing our broken 8 year-old dishwasher but decided to give Waterloo Appliance Service a call to at least appraise the situation. The experience was excellent beginning with front desk Reception. Our appraisal and repair was done by Jason. He worked efficiently and cleanly, treating our home with care and taking the time to explain things clearly. His work was perfect and we were dealt with honestly from the first call to job completion. If you're hesitating to repair vs. replace, we got this machine fixed with no fuss for well less than 1/3 the cost of buying and installing a similar replacement. It works like new. We recommend this company 100%.
