Waterloo Appliance Service

Called to order rubber seal for our washer and have installed. They had it fixed within 3 days. Awesome service by Jason would use them again without a thought. Thank you Waterloo Appliance.

My oven had stopped working halfway through baking. Waterloo Appliance Service was called and were able to repair it the next day already. The technician was punctual (arrived within the 3 hour time frame I was given on the phone), friendly and patiently waited outside while I restrained the dog. The repair was completed quickly ( 20 minutes) and efficiently. The technician also answered several questions I had about other appliances and his company in general. I am very pleased and will now recommend this company to others. :) My only suggestion would be to call before arrival, assuming the technicians carry a cellphone, and then he wouldn't have had to wait outside because of the dog.

Washing machine repair, as always, was prompt, courteous, and fairly priced. Andrew the dispatcher and Rob the technician were great. I have used them lots over my 30 years living in KW...never a bad experience.

A gentleman name Bob came to my house a few weeks ago to fix a problem I had with one of the lights on my stove. All I can say is "fantastic!" The service was great and Bob was so knowledgeable. He was patient , courteous, and explained everything clearly so that I understood what he was doing. I would call him back again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend him to anyone!

Waterloo appliance did a great job. They were fast and professional. They did not overcharge me and kept me informed during the repair. I will definitely call them back for other appliances and would highly recommend their service.

I've dealt with Joe at Waterloo Appliance a couple times now for different appliances and another technician at Waterloo Appliance prior to this at a different house. Both Joe and the previous technician were great: extremely knowledgeable, very, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Waterloo Appliance, and Joe, in particular.

Our oven stopped working after a self clean. I found Waterloo Appliance Services on the internet and called them. I dealt with a very courteous customer service rep and made an appointment for the next day. I was given a 3 hour window for the tech to show up, and he showed up in the window. Joe was extremely helpful, very efficient, and resolved the issue quickly while patiently answering my questions. I feel that I got excellent value with this service. I will recommend Waterloo Appliance Service to my friends.

Friendly and helpful service team took the time to help me find the replacement part I needed, saving me from a big expense. It's refreshing to see such great face-to-face service these days.
