My furnace wasn't working properly, and the blower didn't sound good. The technician arrived on time and checked over the furnace, dealing with a water retention problem. Very happy with the service.

Furnace not working, technician came in the day after next day, put the machine back to work. Wait for about a week, technician came in the second time to replace damaged parts.

Service person was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything. Cleaned up afterwards. Made sure everything was working after finishing.

Bought the AC unit in may or June. Their electrician and Gary the sales guy said it would work with our 100amp service would be sufficient. And of course after install they tell us it wont work. So $12k for a unit later, it sits unused. Electrician comes to do work and gives Hydro wrong info. So here we sit in August still with no AC but one big metal cement holder is what it is. No calls from Reliance (the pun does not go unnoticed on me). I have tried to contact them numerous times. DO NOT USE THEIR ELECTRICIANS OR BUY FROM RELIANCE.

I signed 7 year contract for voiler rental for $200 per month. The sales person, Dustin was amazing before I signed the contract but but once that was done and cooling period over, he stopped answering my texts and calls. Just to make the deal sweet, he promised to install wifi enabled thermostat. I took his word. He won't answer calls and when I call the company, they say they have no record on file regarding wifi thermostat. Be aware of DUSTIN. on the other hand, the euipment installer, Azad, was very good and did a great job.

Dharmen phoned ahead of the appointment, he arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was efficient, polite and very helpful, providing explanations to all my questions. He left a detailed record of the work done. I have no hesitation in recommending Reliance.

It was a complicated piping designed that required replacement and a good plan. They exceeded our expectations and did a clean job that does not even require drywall repair. 10/10

This company has been a nightmare to deal with. Worst decision of my life to get into a rental contract with them for a new furnace/A/C unit. First they were delayed and missed multiple scheduled appointments to have it installed, then they did not install correctly and had to come back several times, usually at the end of a long schedule time window. The furnace condensate pipe was not sealed and leaked water all over my floor causing major water damage and they did not come to the house for four days. They fixed the pipe but not the damage. They initially asked me to get them three quotes, which I did, then they told me since the damage was over $1000 I had to go through my house insurance, which is $1000 deductible, and I am on the hook for that. And also my insurance will go up $200 a year, which they will not pay for.
No one will actually call you back, they care none about their customers once the equipment is installed, and the fine print on the contract is scary.
Please learn from my judgement error and never deal with this company.
