Called Max and he was willing to advise me over the phone problem was likely the fan motor. He promptly booked and appointment for the next morning. Showed up part in hand and while it seemed my installation was a bit awkward he was able to complete the work. Charge was as quoted.

July 22 2019 Max came the same day I called to see my ill working washing machine. He did the most cost effective repair possible, and said if it didn't work then let him know. I called a week later and he was honest and advised the parts replacement cost would be higher than the cost of a new machine. He was very honest and I appreciate that. I bought a new washing machine the next day. Will now be calling him with full confidence about a fridge repair.....

My fridge was not cooling properly. Max Patel was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. He determined that it probably needed a new fan motor. He ordered the part and fixed the problem quickly. This is the third time I have hired him to fix an appliance. He previously fixed a washing machine and a dishwasher. He is always been able to assess and fix the problems promptly for a very reasonable price.
