Tiernan came to our place today to fix our refrigerator. He was on time, knew right away what the issue was and before he fixed it, gave us the choice as to whether we wanted him to proceed. We would definitely recommend his services and would not hesitate to call him again should the need arise.

Tiernan is professional, knowledgeable and kind! Called yesterday, he came out when others said it would take 5 days to get part. He was fast and took time to explain problem. Will use him again.

Was straight forward about repair costs and honest about the cost-effectiveness of doing the repair! In the end I did not do the repair but he gave me some great tips on "improving" the problem myself.

I reached out to three different companies for someone to come and troubleshoot my dishwasher. One didn't call back, one did but I only talked with the receptionist (which couldn't really answer some of my questions) and the last was Tiernan at HRAS. What I liked about Tiernan was; 1.) responsiveness to phone calls, 2.) talking to a knowledgeable person who is the same that will be doing the repair.

You won’t find a better guy to help with your appliances fixes! Tiernan has fixed my fridge twice and was just in to fix the water valve on my dishwasher. He is always timely and professional, explains the problem & fix, and will make recommendations to improve appliance performance. Very reasonable rates too.

Our fridge stopped working and we returned from a long weekend to get the bad news. Tiernan returned my call and worked with my schedule to come and fix our fridge. He was helpful and so efficient. Tiernan arrived on time, saw what part needed replacing, called a supplier to make sure it was available, gave me a quote then left to get the part. He rearranged his time so he could fix the fridge the same day and be done in time for me to get to my dentist appointment in the afternoon. This guy is the BEST!!

Ice kept building in the bottom of the Kitchen aid bottom mount refrigerator and would leak onto the floor about once every two weeks.
