I have been looking to replace my currents blinds for a while. I was referred to someone by a friend. Julian was extremely helpful from start to finish, he was professional, on time, polite and knowledgeable about the product. He was able to address all our concerns. I would be happy to pass on this referral. It’s not always about the pricy and price, I truly feel Julian was a big part of the experience.

Mario came to my house 5 months ago and promised we would get the zebra shades in 3-4 weeks. Took $1500 and disappeared. The office didn't know about the contract and asked me to email them the contract. They scheduled us for installation 3 times and nobody showed up. Diana form the "office " called me assuring that I would get the blinds in 2 weeks never heard of her again. Asked for the deposit back , Mario and the office have told me at least 10 times that "today you are going to get your money back". It is obvious that they took my money with no intention to deliver anything. They blame COVID and I gave them multiple chances for that. They can't get away with this BS. Stay tuned.

Surprised and Happy, we shopped around and it was a tough decision with so many blinds guys, after placing the order with Mario we realized to checked reviews & saw the reviews that made me instantly regret , its true Mario hardly replies or respond but to us he delivered as committed. Cant complain. on google i got confused with Blinds and Shutters Outlet but check there reviews for Vinyl Tech blinds and shutters. They are good. We are happy 5 stars.

PURCHASED ELECTRIC BLINDS FROM THIS COMPANY. ONE WAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY AND NOW DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. ANOTHER ONE MAKES A LOUD NOIXE EVERTIME USED.
HAVE CALLED COMPANY AND THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. I WAS THINKING OF ORDERING MORE BUT CANNOT EVEN GET WARRANTY!

Mario came home and took measurements, he was very nice until he got money. Once he got money he is not reachable, No matter how many times I call all I get is a message can I call you back later and never calls back. He is THE WORST in terms of customer service. He is not reachable, does not pick call, does not bother to call back at all. If I complain to his office, the secretary does not have any authority to do anything..

In our current house, got 3" MINK WHITE ZEBRA blinds. GREAT QUALITY.
The company stands behind their product with life time warranty, only challenge is that they are very busy and you have to wait when needing something fixed. But they do eventually show up, and get it done.
