Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Don’t trust Julian! They were supposed to install my blinds last July 30,2021,I waited from 11 to 3 no one showed up no phone calls to let me know what’s going on I tried call/messaging Julian several times called the warehouse several times no one gets back to you. At this point I don’t want their business I just want my deposit back.

I’m not certain who is writing these positive reviews; however, this company is absolutely horrible. They take your money and do not deliver. I was given an installation date of August 3rd, no one showed up or called. I tried for weeks to get a hold of this company. No response - just voicemail. They gave me a second install date and confirmed the day of installation that they were not even sure my shutters were made. Stay away. They have a number of different company names, I guess from ghosting clients and do not care about customer service.

Paid in full for service and these guys came and damaged our walls. Said they were coming back to fix it and never showed up. Don't buy blinds from this company.

Worst ever. Hired the company to install 2 curtains in my condo. The rep Alex was very nice and I even recommended him to other owners in the building. He offered me a commission but I said that I respected all trades, all he should make all the $$$ and he was very happy).

10 months later both curtains stared to break and despite my courteous calls and messages, he and his company dont answer anymore.

At this point I don’t want their business I just want my deposit back. Julian is young and inexperienced buyer beware do not deal with Julian he does not get back to you and leaves you hanging. I am still fighting to get my deposit back legal action is my next step buyer beware of this company and Do not deal with Julian he claims he’s the owner but yet if I have an issue he direct me to a manager. Something fishy about this business. To all the customers they are looking for Blinds do yourself a favour look elsewhere we’re going to get nothing but a run around with this company.

Extremely disappointed in the level of customer service. I had my blinds installed in August 2020. I have been waiting for someone to come in to fix my issues since October 2020. It has been over 6 month and no one has come by. I've had my appointments rescheduled every single time after installation. I am very frustrated and would not recommend this company at this time to anyone.

I had purchased California shutters from Julian and Vince and the service went excellent. Installation by Nagula was flawless. 50% deposit and paid balance after installation Very satisfied with my purchase.

I purchased blinds from Julian. One word : WOW ! He is always there for us when needed and answered all our questions. They came to my house quickly and installed everything perfectly. I would highly recommend dealing with Julian. 100% professional company
