I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I called them to fix my dryer, they sent a guy who couldn't speak English so it was very hard to communicate with him, he picked the dryer apart and told me he had to order a part so he charged me a service fee of 65.00 and told me the total cost would be 420.00 and the part would take 3-4 days to get. I called 4 days later they said there was no part yet and he was the rudest S.O.B that I ever came across. 9 days later I called another company and they ordered the part and came and repaired my dryer for half the price that this company charged. Bottom line don't call these guys they are incompetent ignorant..........

We called the manufacturer's recommended repair person. They came out twice. The first time they claimed to fix the machine - it wasn't. The second time they quoted $400 to fix not counting the $100 we had already spent. I called 24/7 before going to buy a new machine. Repair person figured out the problem in 10 minutes - he said it was the most common failure on my machine. Came back the next day and the machine is running like new. Don't call the lonely repair man, like I did! 24/7 knows washing machines.

I had an issue with the lock on my washer door and had them come to my place. The employee could barely speak english and I had a difficult time understanding him. He told me that he would probably have the part tomorrow for me and would contact me the following day. I had to call them at 3pm the following day since I had not heard, they said that they did not have the part and they could not find it but recommended that I do some cleaning for over $300 even though my washer can not work without the door lock being fixed. This makes very little sense considering the availability of the parts. The people were incredibly rude on the phone and I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE.

I had Same Day Appliance Service come on Sunday Sept 1st to fix a washer making loud clicking noises on the spin cycle. In 15 minutes the technician diagnosed the issue as a belt and committed to returning Tuesday the 3rd for the repair. When I called to book, they told me that there was a $75 service call fee if we didn't proceed with the repair but that this would be credited to the labour cost if we proceeded. The bill today was $214 and then tax. I asked that the bill be broken down as parts and labour and the technician argued that he didn't charge by the hour, but by the job. He was here a total of 30 minutes in the two days. He conceded the belt cost was $56 which left $158 of the bill for labour - which was outrageous. We agreed that I would pay the pre-tax amount but I still informed the technician that I was convinced the $75 fee was in this cost despite what I was told and that I was going to write a very bad review about the company. This didn't seem to bother him.
So, they were prompt and came on a weekend and kept their appointments perfectly. The washer is indeed working and working well but the cost was ridiculous for the ordering and installing of this very simple part.

The guy came to repair a water leak in my fridge, 1. was not able to fix it, 2. failed to properly connect the water to the ice maker in the freezer, when I noticed the issue the next day I called the company , I explained that the freezer was a solid rock of ice because water was not connected properly, "Ben" was very unprofessional, he hung up the phone on "his customer", therefore, I don't recommend their service to any one.

Great service. I had a broken washing machine and called on the Saturday of a long weekend. I got an appointment for Sunday - the next day. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed by removing the washing machine panels, unclogging the hoses, and removing metal bits (from laundry) that had fallen into the mechanics of the washing machine. I would recommend and use this company again. Thanks!

Just a great service!
Yesterday night my fridge stopped working , I called to 24/7 appliance service and they told me that everything will be fine until 10 am.
Migel came at 9:00 and finish the job after 25 min'!
I so glad that I don't have to buy a new fridge!
I would definitely recommend this company.
