Thank you Gregory. The project at your home required some digging and a cut through your concrete foundation wall to install a new window into your basement living space. Thank you Aidoneus for your comments. The turn around time for painted doors from most companies would be 4 to 6 weeks or more and we were able to do it in less than a week at peak rush season. The reason we were able to do this is because of the incredible relationships we have developed with our suppliers. We have always payed our suppliers on time every time so the trust and mutual respect is is there without question and when we need to call in a favour they are there for us.

Hello Irena, we are a company with high integrity. We had placed the order for a custom door for you and when you mentioned you were in a squeeze we immediately had the processing company for our credit cards reverse the charge and had them return the entire deposit to your credit card account. Our supplier required payment from us because it was a custom order. Returning your funds was a very simple procedure although it did take a number of business days for the funds to show up in your account which is completely beyond our control. I have no idea what we could have possibly done differently and am a little baffled as to why you gave us an 8 instead of a 10? Steve
