Had mice in our house for a year, finally got fed up and wanted to solve the problem. Heard about these guys on the podcast 'stop podcasting yourself'. Jagger came to help - extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Instead of just setting traps, he made sure I knew how to prevent mice in the future and how to take care of the problem. Did an entire perimeter sweep and a very thorough investigation. He never tried to upsell me - instead his whole approach was education so that I knew what to do if they did come back. Overall, very helpful and courteous company that I would definitely recommend to others.

Last fall, we weren't able to deal with one or more rodents in our house (caused partly by adjacent construction). Westside Pest Control dealt with the problem quickly and effectively, at a reasonable price. They communicated well, gave us good advice, and revisited us after the initial work to ensure the problem had been remedied.

We had some kind of creature scratching away in the attic above our bedroom. Called Westside and they gave us a firm all inclusive quote on dealing with it. A time was set up and Ryan arrived on time. He checked the attic, went around the entire exterior of the house (including those high-up places I had no interest in trying to reach) and closed any possible points of entry. Set some traps and did a follow-up visit as promised. I was very happy with the service provided.

RATS. After giving up on solving the problem myself, after finding all the easy points of entry I called Westside. Chris dropped by and reviewed the property, he was on time and very professional. He found some points of entry I didn't think to check, closed them off and set a trap to monitor any future activity.

Once a year we call in the pest controllers from Westside to reset the traps, and food baits. Each fall the mice migrate inside our building, so at the sight of the first one we call Westside. And when they come in they notice way more than we do.

It was mid-summer and it became clear that we had a carpenter ant infestation. Westside Pest Control interviewed me regarding activity, completed a thorough inspection of our property and explained ant behaviours and showed me areas of primary concern and how they intended to approach the problem, the nature of the products to be used and any potential toxicities associated which were in fact trivial. I was impressed by the courtesy shown and their professionalism which was clearly apparent and which is based on depth of knowledge and experience. This I felt confident in and consequently I was happy for them to go ahead with the project. The fee for their service was quite frankly in my mind a bargain given the level of expertise displayed throughout. I will invite them to review our property again this spring. We had a problem with roof rats and our trapping efforts failed. Westside's agent was potile, competent and thorough. Problem was solved and access to house that the rats used was closed.

Had a rodent in my attic . Called them on a fri and they were there monday morning on time . Inspected he house for entry points and sealed up the ones they found . In short problem was solved quickly and showed me how to keep any more out . Great service thanks .

I contacted Westside Pest Control after wasps were entering my home from an upstairs window trim. a tech came out that day and took care of the issue in a very friendly and profession manner.
I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I contacted West Side Pest Control to have a wasps nest destroyed ($150) and to have my house and garage checked for rats and possible entry ways for rats. ($395 plus $325 for cleanup) They were great. Friendly and honest didn't try to up sell anything, provided the service I needed in a timely friendly and efficient fashion and gave me lots of tips for preventative measures. I was very happy with their service and felt the cost was reasonable and lower than other companies I checked out. They visited three times and cleaned (removed materials) and sanitized the garage where there was a rats nest. And they guarantee their work!
