Donaldson Heating And Air Conditioning

When our old air conditioner "died" recently, Chris from Donaldson quickly responded & recommended which new unit would be the best choice for our home. Fortunately they were able to install the new unit within 48 hours! The servicemen were friendly, polite & cleaned everything up - inside & out. I'm happy to say that we notice a big difference with our new larger A/C unit & it is able to keep even the 2nd floor of the house cool & comfortable (unlike the old unit). We're glad we listened to Chris' recommendation.

That was something no other company did for us. Then, on the day of the work, our technicians showed up on time and worked hard for the entire day, doing everything needed to ensure that the system was installed correctly and safely. When the job was completed, they walked us through what they did, explained the new system in detail, and cleaned up all of the old equipment.
