Complete Comfort Heating And Cooling

I don't normally submit reviews but after the externally poor experience I had with Jason at Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling I was compelled to do so. I am a long time HomeStars user and have connected with many great companies with whom I have had a positive experience. Unfortunately I can not say the same for Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling . I contracted Jason to install a new Air Conditioner wherein the wrong components were installed and immediately ran into issues with the warranty registration. Jason has proven to be responsive and unreliable. He does not honor his warranty agreements and clearly does not value his customers. As such I WOULD NOT RECOMEND hiring Jason / Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling for anything.

Our Raypack pool heater needed repair this past spring and when I called Jason he was able to come the next day. Not only did he repair the heater, but he was so very helpful with advice for the pool operations as well as our gas fireplace. We were so impressed we are going to have him do our furnace maintenance and clean up the fireplace. We highly recommend Jason and Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling.

Jason, installed our new Raypack high efficiency pool heater. Jason was a "true" professional: arrived on time, cleaned-up the work area (and more), installation was perfect, explained how to use the new heater and provided me with all the warranty and operating manuals.

Jason's pricing was competitive but I gained piece of mind in knowing the installation was done and backed-up by a professional.

Due to our pleasant experience with Jason we have hired him to do our yearly maintenance on our heating and air conditioning units.
