You know what i like? having an organized, polite trades guy show up on time who then proceeds to identify a problem i didn't realize i had… that has been ongoing since installation….that other service folks had missed… that he did not create as a way to get my cash… Alex explained the issue to me and happily walked me through the repair… i honestly had booked the appointment initially because i can never remember which way the filters go… Alex left after levelling off both furnaces and securing the outflow hoses to stop water from pooling and corroding the frame… i can't even explain how much i love competent people showing up to help me keep things running smoothly… for three hours plus travel and completely unexpected repair - my bill didn't even hit $300, and when i asked about that - Alex told me that they like to have customers… Fair, honest, knowledgeable, personable…. if you are needing service for; heating, air conditioning, plumbing, install, maintenance or repair - call Jamison! these guys are refreshingly fantastic - best service folks i'v head in my house in years! Recently sold the house and Home Inspector found a condensation leak from a hose, it was a minor leak, but over time it could rust damage to the furnace. Called the original installers, who then gave me the number of Jamison Furnace. Called them. Spoke to Alex and made an appointment to have the leak repaired. Kurt, the owner, actually came to do the repair. He had phoned me to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and would come early if that was OK with me. Kurt arrived and did the repair, very expediently and proficiently.
He explained everything step by step as he was working, Learned a lot from him in just a short time. While he was here
doing the repair, I had some questions on the humidfier, which he checked out for me, and did some test to make sure it was working properly. I am very impressed with this person and his Company. People and Companies like this are hard to find,Their concern for quality of work and customer satisfaction is very refreshing to see. I would highly recommend this Company to everyone!

All summer long I was having trouble with my A/C not working properly, especially when it got really warm. I tried calling several A/C repair companies, followed all their advice, and even had someone come up who topped off the coolant and charged me $300. It worked for 3 weeks and conked out again. That's when I looked at the sticker on my furnace and made the call. I was referred to Jamison Furnace where I first talked to Curt. Right away I could tell he was different from everyone else. He actually knew what he was talking about and was 100% sure he could find and fix my problem. Today he came up at 9 AM and repaired my furnace, replaced my humidifier, and pressure-tested the A/C unit, among other things. He was here for 1.5 hours, had to run back to the shop for a part, came back and spent another half hour installing it. All in all it took almost 3.5 hours but he only charged me for one! Curt was totally professional, even refusing to answer his cellphone while he was talking to me. Overall, I was totally impressed with his service, honesty, and quality. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and did not try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Now I can go into the winter knowing that my furnace isn't going to blow up and next summer it will be so good to have air conditioning so I can actually sleep at night. Thank you Curt, you have earned my HVAC business for the rest of my life. I would recommend your services to anybody!

Our air conditioner wasn't pumping cold air properly; Jamison came out and found a leaking coil. Work was done efficiently and you could tell these guys know what they are doing. Very professional and friendliy.

Jeff was very Patient in explaining things to us, Not just a sales man trying to make a sale. Jeff helped us decide which AC unit would work best for our home and our budget. Chris who installed the AC was efficient and has good product knowledge. I am very happy with Jamison and will use them again.

Our air conditioning unit quit on a weekend and Jamison came out Sunday night to see what parts were required. By 11AM Monday the A/C unit was back up and running. Jamison tested the whole system to ensure everything was working properly. Jeff was an excellent representative of the company and we will use them for all our heating/AC/plumbing requirements. Jeff was knowledgeable, professional and personable. There was even a follow up phone call on Monday night to ensure that we were happy with the system. We highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Found Jamison Furnace on home stars and thought I would try them since I have been continually disapointed with the results from sears.
My AC was losing coolant all the time. They determned it was a faulty valve that needed replacing. They had to order one. Because they could not repair it that day, they did not charge me for the visit. When they got the part they repaired my unit for below the estimated cost. It took at least 3 hours, but only charge me for 2 hours labour.

Techincian offered trouble-shooting solutions prior to service call to try before coming out. The service call was booked in a reasonable period of time and the technician Chris was professional.

Tyler arrived as time promised. He did an excellent job on removing the humidifiers,replace a valve and replace filters.He also did an excellent job cleaning after. Very please with his work ethics.Definitely recommend

I had a home inspector come through my house recently as we are in the process of selling and mentioned in his report that our blower on our furnace continuously runs and needed to be repaired. I phoned Jamieson and spoke to Jeff. He booked me in for an appoitnment then asked me to check a few things to see if it in fact was continuosly blowing. I tested the unit, and turned the exchange on and off and at the end there was nothing wrong with the blower at all. It seems to work just fine. He was extremely helpful, and knowledgable and wasnt looking to gouge me for money if in fact there was nothing wrong with the unit. This is the SECOND awesome experience with Jamisons.

The first time was in the winter when it was -40 and my furnacne wasnt working. I had a company come out and open it and quote me $3000 to fix the heat exchange. They then told me it would take a few weeks to come back. I got passed around to another company who could do it quicker- who then passed me to Jamison's. A nice guy named TYLER came out on a Sunday to have access the problem and it wasnt the heat exchange at all. All it ended up being was water\sludge build up in something and he flushed it out and it worked perfectly again. The price was a few hundred and it was fixed.

Jamison's is a repuable and great company to deal with. I would suggest them time and time again to anyone in the Calgary area.
