Furnace emergency and replacement

As far as technical instructions and wiring diagram to enable you to install your Nest thermostat yourself, that was as much for me as it was for you; I'm such a nerd for my industry that I truly enjoy drafting wiring diagrams, the more complicated the better, so thanks for giving me an opportunity to "play" in my industry. Despite protests from our accountant, who would like to see us raking in profits hand over fist, we can't possibly justify charging clients our minimum service call charge for something that takes 2 minutes and costs $0.25 when we can just as easily save their wallets by advising them on how you can solve simple furnace problems themselves in minutes.
