I just wanted to send you a quick note regarding yesterday…. I returned to our house yesterday morning around 11am to find it cold and our main floor furnace no longer working. I called another furnace company and was given your contact information following a brief discussion (our furnace didn’t need warranty work and when I asked if they could recommend someone, they immediately gave me your number). I talked to Tyler who said he could be at our place within the hour. And he was.

Both Tyler and Jason were prompt, friendly and able to fix our furnace in less than 2 hours.

I wish your business much success. To say that we were impressed with the promptness and professionalism of your team goes without saying. I will be referring your company to anyone who needs heating work done.

My furnace broke down late one night and I heard about Jamison furnace so I thought I would call. Curt not only answered but also said he would be at my house in about a half hour. He came and checked my furnace which needed a part that he didn't have, but ordered it first thing in the morning and came by to install it when I was finished work. Curt was waiting for me when I got home the next day. It took him about 15mins to install it. He was very professional, great service and charged a very affordable price. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and call him again!

My company used Jamison Furnace's services to perform significant maintenance of two residential furnaces. During all phases of this work- quotation, material sourcing, and installation- Mr. Jamison delivered a high level of service which result in a job being done on time, within budget as quoted, and to my satisfaction. Our furance broke down, and given that our house is fairly new, we called the furnace installers (Carrier) and they simply told us that its not longer under warranty and they gave me Curt with Jamison Furnace's number to get it repared.

I was not impressed with lack of compassion and carelessnes from Carrier's representative, and although considered calling anybody else except whom they referred me to, I still decided to call Curt.

Curt came to inspect the furnace and although I was anticipating someone who was just trying to sell me another furnace, I was truly impressed with his attitude, attention to details but also the professionalism and how caring he is.

He was able to evaluate the damage and what I really liked was the fact that Curt discussed the issue with me and promissed me that he would go and research and let me know how he could save me money.

Next morning, he sent me a long e-mail, with all options available to me, his recommendation and the prices for each of those options.

Even though replacing the furnace is a significant expense and my wife and I were not happy about the whole situation, Curt was able to make it a lot easier for us to make an informed decision. We went with his recommendation and are very happy with our choice.

Installation was another great story, Curt was very diligent, prepared and took all the care necessary to more the old furnace out and the new one in without causing any damage to the property.

To conclude, I would recommend Curt and Jamison Furnace to all my friends and family.

I have utilized Curt Jamison of Jamison Furnace for my HVAC needs twice in the last year (once for replacing a furnace fan, and the second for a full install on an A/C system).

From the beginning of the service experience right through to the end, I found Curt to be of the highest caliber. He was very knowledgeable and shared his experience with me (and was able to put in to terms that someone with little to no understanding such as myself was able to understand). He was on time and careful of his surroundings. I found him to be extremely courteous and professional, while having a very good sense of humor which made the entire service transaction a positive one for me.

The quality of his workmanship was also excellent. For example, not only did he complete my A/C install, he also found imperfections with my existing set up that he remedied, and then took the time to seal all air leaks from my furnace and surrounding attachments. Everything about the install was clean and professional looking.

My experience with Curt was a very positive one over all, and would highly recommend him for any/all HVAC requirements.

We needed a replacement Water Heater on a Sunday morning. Curt answered our phone call in person and had us back to normal before noon. And along the way he did a complete inspection of our furnace and serviced the humidifier and air cleaner. Amazing response and totally professional. Can't recommend him too highly.
