No one wearing masks in the business, not at all safe during the spread of the delta variant. I also had to go into the back and get my own flooring boxes, while an unmasked guy was driving a forklift around the area. The floors themselves are fine. Last summer I bought a whole house of floors from them and it was fine. But right now I just needed to buy another room’s worth and it’s obvious they are not taking public health mandates seriously.

My wife and I removed the old carpet and the under pad. We then fixed any protruding nails and screws and finished the clean-up the day before the installer arrived. The installer "Andy" arrived on-time and quickly surveyed the areas to be covered. In a few minutes he started on some detail levelling of the staircase edging and undercutting the door frames. Andy didn't ask for any help and I could see that he was completely comfortable and efficient in his method of working. The installation was completed in two days including installation of the shoe molding. The end result was beautiful thanks to Andy's attention to detail. Thank you..
