To address your concerns, for out of warranty units we require a credit card on file to place a $1 hold that is reverted after 3 days whether you cancel or continue with service. Another option available to all is our online booking platform which would allow you to pre pay for your service request. For clarity on service, if we diagnose your unit parts that are ordered have a warranty of 30 days and our labour has a warranty of 90 days. Only if parts are not used, that cost will then be deducted from your final amount. Please feel free to give us a call to address your concerns
