Requested quotes to replace the main water shut off valve which had a very slow leak. Valentyn was quick to respond and provided a price and date on which he would be able to do the work. Communication was very good with him providing confirmation of his arrival time earlier in the morning on the day the work was to be completed. Given the charge by the region of Halton to turn off the water to the house, it was certainly important to have the work completed that day and Valentyn's ongoing communication provided some comfort that would in fact be the case.
