Jeff is a pleasure to work with. He’s professional, very experienced and understands design, which is important when it comes to advising on the right look.

He took the time to educate us on the different types of blinds, mechanics, looks, durability and which blinds are easier to maintain and keep clean. We didn’t realize how important that was. With a dog in the family, certain blind types were no suitable because they were more delicate and it would not be easy to clean them.

Jeff helped us make the right decision to suit our taste, lifestyle and budget. Its not often that anyone has the pleasure of dealing with such a professional.

This company installed blinds and shutters for my whole house. Jeffrey took the time and patience to answer all our questions. The shutters were installed beautifully. There were minor defects in two of the blinds and we contacted Jeffrey. He was quick to respond and will be replacing the new blinds at no cost. Very helpful and responsible. I will recommend this company to friends and family.

We were referred to Jeff by a friend of ours who had shades installed by Jeffrey Paul's Home Improvement Co and they look good.

Jeff gave us the best price he can on the Shade-O-Matic Dual Concept shades. We checked with other vendors and could not get the same product for the same price.

The installers measured and installed the blinds like they said they were. They were on time (within the 2 hour window) and took just over an hour to install 8 shades. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess our newly renovated home.

My mother needed a few of the cords for her Shade-o-matic blinds, as some of them had started to fray with over 13 years of use. I googled Shade-o-matic dealers in the area, as the original company from whom my mother bought, was no longer in business. Jeff's company came up on the results and my mother was able to contact him that same evening. Jeff made an appointment to look at the shades and the cords, not knowing if they could be repaired because of the age as well as these shades no longer being produced. He came out to the house, made a few phone calls and within minutes, he had three cords being shipped to her home, free of charge. She has only to contact Jeff's installer to set up a date for the repairs. Jeff is very professional, efficient, personable, dependable and respectful. When we thought there would be no solution but to purchase new window coverings, Jeff made sure that these blinds could be fixed. We can't thank him enough for his time, at no charge to my mother, and his friendly, but professional manner of dealing with people. No hesitation here at recommending Jeff and will definitely be contacting him in the future if we need new window coverings. Thanks, Jeff!!!!!

I’m so regret to deal with JEFF PAUL HOME IMPROVEMENT , it’s my BIG BIG mistake to confirm with him before I google it, I’m totally disappointed to purchase with him. I love the Shadomatic product, but not with JEFF PAUL HOME IMPROVEMENT, I paid for a custom made shutter, as my knowledge it should be perfect fit my patio door, but unfortunately IT”S NOT!! It’s has a 3 inches gap between the floor and shutter, the frame on left hand side top corner is bent, just put come caulk to hide it . but the WORST is when every time you have doubt or question, the OWNER Jeff just keep telling you to contact the installer TONY, and TONY just tell you nothing wrong with the shutter, just your frame is not balance. I checked all the frame a balance and level, my house is a new house in Newmarket, I don’t think the builder can install a square patio door to a UNLEVEL frame. As I said it’s my fault, I didn’t google the review of JEFF PAUL HOME IMPROVEMENT before I confirm a deal.
