Finding a trustworthy contractor is a daunting task, and I spent hours doing research online. I had in-home consultations from SIX highly recommended local HVAC companies, and after speaking with James from Accolade, he was my top choice before we even met.

From the very first phone call, James put me at ease. He never talked down to me, and was patient and willing to answer any questions I had, and even encouraged it. His estimate was the most detailed and reasonable, plus he was the only one that provided a breakdown for the cost of parts and labour.

James walked me through every step of the process and was able to install our new tankless hot water system and boiler on his own, in a little over a day. James and the team at Accolade, were able to show up on time and in a rush, as I needed my old tankless to be serviced for my tenant as they were out of hot water and being difficult. James came in with a positive attitude and was able to calm the family down and ensure their hot water was his top priority. Accolade was able to override the boiler programming to ensure it would run until the emergency part could be shipped in. James was able to educated me and breakdown sizing and selection of boilers. I learned that the previous mechanical contractor undersized my tankless unit and did not actually provide the proper service as per the manufactures instructions. After looking at the art work of boiler installs and service programs presented by James to his current clients, I have no doubt in my mind that I will now have James and his team serving all my rental properties going forward. Replaced 36 year old Furnace and went with Tankless HW setup. Also added a Moen Valve for monitoring house for leaks.
