Tile & Grout Restoration

Great work and attention to detail, very meticulous! First we did have a bit of a communication malfunction for the date of the work but Greg was very good with offering a discount for my troubles. Next, the work took about 5.5 hours which definitely show's it is a painstaking process. I did have a bit of a missunderstanding of 1 aspect of the proposed project but that's likely do to me being a so busy and not listening carefully enough. Thanks Greg, great work, you deserve the 10/10! Homestars reviews came thru again for me to find a great craftsman!

Greg did an excellent job restoring my black and white marble floor tiles! The tiles were intractably pee stained from years of my 3 boys (and husband) dribbles and 'bad aim'. I had tried several cleaning solutions and techniques to restore my floor. The caulking throughout was also redone. The job was done on budget, very professionally and completed in a few hours. I cannot thank Greg enough for the FANTASTIC job he did in restoring my shower cabin. My shower cabin was a complete disaster, with mold accumulating and everything which once used to be all white and then turned grey and black, I didn’t think it was possible to get rid of without having to renovate the entire cabin again. I have used all possible cleaning products to try and get rid of all the stains and harsh lines and nothing worked. The door to my shower cabin was no longer see through and the bottom plastic part ripped off and so it would leak each time I showered.

After Greg’s job was done, everything was pearly white, shiny, the cabin door was fixed and you could see right through it. All the stains, mould, and hard lines were completely gone. I felt like I just got a brand new cabin but for a significantly lower price and all in a days worrh of work. I cannot express my gratitude to Greg and for the amazing job he did. I would reccomend Greg to everyone and anyone, I will definitely call him again for any future restorations needed in my home.

Excellent. Len stopped by and gave a quote, it was reasonable for everything we wanted done. Greg and his crew came on time and worked throughout the day to remove, replace and seal the grout and clean the entire glass shower. Greg also evened out the floor of our shower as our contractor didn't do a great job. The result was immaculate and beautiful. I love my shower now!

After the work was done, we found some holes on some of the grout (pin size), and Greg returned without hesitation to fix it. A second further visit was warranted (again, pin sizes) that was overlooked by both of us and his team came within a couple of weeks (the shower was good to use during that time). After work service was excellent.

It's been two months since Greg did the work and our shower still looks brand new. I would not hesitate to call this company again for all my grout work, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for great work and service.

I called Greg and within a few days he came to give us a quote. He was always professional, respectful, and polite. He was able to schedule us in within a few days and arrived 15 minutes early on the day of the appointment, which speaks volume to his work ethics. Him and his crew started with protecting our flooring and even put on indoor booties to ensure a clean environment. During the cleaning, sealing, and caulking of my 2 shower stalls, he gave us updates along the way. We are very impressed with his work, attention to details, clean up after the job. I can only say the best things about the professional service provided by Tile Grout Restoration. Greg came to our condo and carefully inspected our bathroom and shower. He explained the scope of work that needed doing and provided an economical estimate. He promised that our bathroom would look like new when he was finished!
Greg arrived exactly at the time promised. He brought his helper with him and they both worked non stop for 9 hours to complete the work in one day as promised. Greg pointed out the reasons for the mould around the base of the shower, took extreme care to clean, disinfect and dry the areas and prepared for the new coloured grout sealer. They also removed all silicone caulking from inside and outside the complete shower, cleaned all surfaces, steamed and dissinfected the complete shower area then applied the sealer and new silicone. We also had Greg apply coulored sealer to all the grout lines on the bathroom floor. The final result was amazing!
He cleaned up the area and even did a complimentary silicone on our second bathroom vanity at my request.
The invoice was exactly what was quoted.
I can only give Tile and Grout Restoration the highest recommendation and would not hesitate recommending Greg to all our friends.

We were very impressed with the work done by Greg. Both tiled showers were cleaned expertly. The shower floor grouting was replaced and resealed in one of the showers and the wall tiles and grout were cleaned and resealed in both showers. Caulking was expertly done throughout. The tiled powder room floor was cleaned and resealed. The job site was immaculate after completion. He showed up on time and was very courteous. There were no surprises or extra charges. I would highly recommend Greg and his work.
