Me and wife were shopping around for good deals and we found nice furniture selection at RITZ. We found the prices are reasonable and staff is courteous and knowledgeable.

Mr. Satinder gave his valuable opinion in product selection and worked out pricing very well.

Even when we found minor scratch on one piece, they replaced with new one without argument.

We are fully satisfied..

We recently purchased our beautiful sofa set from Ritz Furniture. Soon after delivery we visited showroom again and ordered another loveseat, dinning set and chairs. Prince was very professional and helpful. We got amazing deals. It was an excellent experience. We defiantly recommend to contact Prince at Ritz Furniture to all.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We went down and picked up a trundle bed for a b day surprise for our son. There was no hardware or instructions. When my husband picked up the bed he asked about hardware and was told it was in the box. They told us it was not their fault. I told them it sure isn't mine so what are you going to do about it? We spoke with 2 staff members who both kept suggesting we had put a hole in the box and they must have fallen out. I took pics of all angles of the boxes and offered to send pics of all 3 boxes fully intact. They expected us to make a 4 hour round trip to come get more. I told them they needed to send them to us. Our son is away for the day, we had emptied his room and gotten his bunk beds out and down the stairs before opening the box to build his birthday surprise. After a 30 min fight with them they agreed to mail the parts Canada Post. My husband runs a business and has gone out at 3 in the morning to fix a boiler or furnace. He didn't make it...not his fault...but he stands behind his product. These people don't. Bottom line NO COMPENSATION FOR OUR TROUBLES AND OUR SON HAS HAD HIS BIRTHDAY SURPRISE RUINED! My husband even offered to meet them 1/2 way but they wouldn't even do that. They just wouldn't bend at all and wouldnt take any responsibility for the product they sell.

I bought furniture from Ritz furniture.I got amazing deal.The quality of furniture was excellent. I am really thankful to sales person Satinder Singh who is truly professional and helped loads . The delivery was on time Overall excellent experience. Would defiantly recommand ritz to all.

Prince is an excellent salesman. Two years ago I accompanied my brother to Ritz Furniture to search for good leather chouches. Prince helped us find exactly what we were looking for and provided excellent customer service. Recently, I went back to get another couch, and as soon as we came in the store, Prince recognized us and help me order another superb couch. I would highly recommend Prince as one of, if not the best salesman at Ritz Furniture.

I purchased a chair and was told it would be ready in 2 days... 2 weeks later no chair, no phone call NOTHING. This is what you get when you buy off bottom feeders. Shaking my head but you can avoid this problem... buy off a reputable store.

I dealt with a salesman named Prince truly professional and went way beyond in helping us buy furniture for our entire house. Good pricing and good products, even included free delivery with all the furniture we bought.

This place is horrible ! Horrendous!! NEVER buy anything from them.

Some friend of ours had bought a condo sofa from them and he picked it up himself, so he recommended them.

We bought a sofa set and a bed room set and what BOGUS claims the owner makes. Our sales person was a genuine old person but the OWNER is real corrupt here. We were told the furniture would take 3 weeks and we were patiently waiting when a sales girl called to tell us that furniture was ready " Clear your balance, then they will schedule delivery after 2-3 days", She had just mentioned about the sofa, when I asked about the bed room set, within a second , she said yes, that is also ready. That late evening, we went to pay our balance and wanted to see the furniture. First the sales girl tried to bluff by saying that it was in the other warehouse and then when my husband insisted, she agreed that the sofa only is here. We paid full, for the furniture to be delivered on the weekend.

Then, the chase began, Saturday- Furniture will be delivered tomorrow.
Sunday - Only Sofa will be delivered before 3 pm, then after 6 pm - Finally sofa was delivered
Monday- Bed set will be delivered, after 6 pm-- it will be delivered tomorrow
The sales girls, to free themselves from the cusotmer would say, Furniture will be delivered after 8 pm, Nothing comes, you call them and they have closed!!

Same story continued till Friday.

Issues:
The bed night tables were a different design then what we had selected
The big fat truth hiding owner, Rohit, made huge claims about putting white sheets inside drawers which no other furniture manufacturer does. NONE OF OUR DRAWERS have that!
Even after a month after ordering, out furniture is coming in bits and pieces.
The sales girls are fully trained to hide the truth who would say whatever to save them effort.

They have only the excuse of warehouse being closed or no movers available.
