Tyler from Prestige Home Inspection Services conducted a thorough inspection of the home we are buying. He took his time to inspect all the home equipment, appliances and accessible construction components. He also included an infrared scan, looking for any anomalies (hot or cold spots) in the walls as part of his service. Since he also does energy audits, he was able to look for conditions that could result in excessive energy consumption. Tyler was polite, confident, matter-of-fact and friendly . . . all good qualities to have in a home inspector. He completed his inspection report the same day.

Tyler is a very knowledgeable person. We got him for an energy assessment and provided us with a few points for air leakage after the first visit. He does explain all the details to get to the target. Definitely, we will consider him for future business.

We were interested in house that was going into multiple offers so we had a pre-home inspection done. Tyler was very thorough and explained everything very well. We would absolutely use their services in the future!

Tyler has done two inspections for me so far. I didn’t purchase either home . This was a direct result of his findings. Due to his experience and thorough work he has pointed out costly repairs to the homes that would have made them a poor investment . I found Tyler to be professional ,knowledgeable and timely . He explained issues during the inspection and followed up with a written report with approximate costs for the needed fix by end of day. I would highly recommend him and will work with him again.
