Employees and subcontractors were all very professional and accommodating. Renovations were done to the walls, and underlay. The employees who came to my home were very respectful and renovations were done well.

On Side did the repairs to our roof, eaves and chimney after a Tornado struck in June at our cottage . All repairs were completed by highly professional crews in a workmanship like manner.
Project Manager - Lisan Van Alst was excellent in keeping us updated and informed with the progress of the work.

Water damage caused by a tap repair project to a faucet in the upstairs bathroom. There was a problem getting the water to the faucet shut off properly. The result was waterspilled onto the bathroom floor and seeped down to the dining room below the bathroom and damaged the ceiling.
We are very happy with the work done by On Side Restoration Services Ltd to repair the damage.

Sump pump failed in rental property. On Side showed up right away to start cleanup. The work was very nice. My tenant kept commenting on how nice the trades were.

OnSide Renovations worked as a team to complete our project. The Project Manager personally met with us to explain the project, and both the P.m. and Scheduler kept in touch with us throughout the project.. Their tradesperson who did drywall, taping and painting was professional, accommodating, and tidy. The project began ahead of schedule and was completed on time.

We experienced a water line leak in February 2020 that flooded our entire basement. Our insurance broker recommended On SIde Restorations for initial damage mitigation and drying out of basement. Once dry out was completed and damage assessed, we agreed to have On SIde do the entire mobilization and restoration of the basement. All their staff were professional, considerate and polite right from the management through to work crews. We were very pleased with time frame and quality of work completed. I would not hesitate to recommend On Side to any friends or the public.

Our basement flooded due to a sump pump malfunction. On Side showed up in a very timely manner and got to work quickly. Couldn't be happier with the restoration that they did.

On Side came to my rescue when a restoration company , who were a preferred company from my insurance company , dropped the ball and never came back half way through the job ! I wish On Side had the job from the get go , they were very efficient, all the staff were wonderful and friendly, and I thank them all for getting my house done so fast
