Following a tap malfunction, my entire hardwood floor in my main level needed to be replaced. with covid the timing was terrible but onside rose above all that and provided exceptional service from the first call to the last.

They did a superb job on ordering and managing the trades. Response time was quick and they always arrived on time and with a smile!

What felt like a nightmare turned into a dream! They were patient with my decision making and very helpful. All the trades they hired were top notch!

We had a flood from our upstairs neighbor and On Side did a remarkable job of communication, resolution, and repair back to normal in an extraordinarily short time. We thought it would take a lot longer. So happy with them and the whole team that helped us through this ordeal. The workmanship was exceptional.

We had a pipe burst in the basement. On-Side came in within a couple hours of the call to mitigate the damage and start cleanup. Even during these difficult COVID timelines, they completed the work promptly and efficiently. The basement damage was quickly and professionally repaired. Theirs, and the sub-contractors', work was excellent. Would highly recommend. Everything and every step was clearly explained and outlined. 5 stars!

During the Covid19 pandemic, the team at On Side put my mind at ease helping me restore my home after a flood. From day 1 - when the flood occurred, the emergency response team showed up within hours to start work on drying out my place to reduce the severity of the damage. The team that helped me through the first few days were kind, understanding and reassuring. while the repairs took longer than usual, due to the pandemic, they were professionally done. Any questions or concerns I had were dealt with quickly and without attitude. Despite all of the uncertainty around the pandemic, I was always felt safe when working with the team at On Side.

The damage to my house was from the 2018 tornado. Unlike many of my neighbors the repair experience was hassle free. All my concerns were addressed immediately. I'm old and unable to climb into my attic so I am taking the word of an engineer that the job was well done.

Jeremy was the project manager and was very friendly and easy to work with. Kept us in the loop the entire time. He was pleasant and extremely professional!

We had a flood in our house as one of my kids didn't completely shut off the tap, the sink was partly clogged, and the water ran for about 7 hours before it was discovered. Our insurance company used On Side Restoration to dry out our house and we agreed to use them for the restoration. We are very happy with how smoothly the restoration went. The tradesmen were all professional and respectful. You could tell they took pride in their work. They all seemed very happy to be working for On Side. We had well over a dozen people work to restore our home to better than it was before. I highly recommend On Side Restoration company for their professional people and quality work.
