Svd Restoration

SVD Restoration did my entire driveway with new concrete, and redid the whole front of my house, which included a new concrete porch, stairs and railings. Peter and Vasyl did an outstanding job. Professional team, amazing communication and on time. I will definitely use them for my backyard project next summer. Highly recommended.

Concrete stairs to a basement apartment were crumbling and becoming a hazard. I hired SVD based on both their prompt response and reasonable price. Their assessment showed that the original structure of the steps was faulty and that repairing breaks and cracks would be a short term solution. It was agreed that the steps would be rebuilt for long term stability and the value of the investment would last over time. Their work was expedient and considerate of residents. They also returned to stabilize the railings after they proved loose without delay. Recommended based on prompt communication, quality of work and level of service.

Peter and team did a great job landscaping the front and back yards of my house. The original interlocks are uneven and the retaining walls were falling apart so I had Peter's team to come in and replace everything with new. Peter was very professional and responded quickly to pricing, design, and any other inquiries. His team laid over 1200sqft of interlock, built a number of concrete refining walls and flower boxes, as well as 2 decks all within 1 month. They also thoroughly cleaned the site before leaving the project.

I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

Petro and his team poured new concrete floor AND epoxy coating, they are very hard working, initially I was very impressed with the outcome of the project and was very excited about my new garage floor, but unfortunately as I write this review less then a year after it was done, most of the epoxy is flaking off. I called Peter and he came to look, he said the epoxy was defective and has offered to strip it off. We have arranged a date that he will strip the epoxy off and I guess this is just a loose loose situation for both of us since he has to do extra work not to remove the defective epoxy and in the end i have no epoxy floor that I paid for. I appreciate that Peter is taking responsibility and warrantying his work, i'm disappointed in the Sherwin Williams product that only lasted me 4 months.
So i would NOT recommend epoxy coating to anyone in the future since it pealed off after 4 months, but I WOULD recommend SVD restoration as they are honest hard working contractors.

Peter recently made a cement shed pad (13’ x 8’) for us. He and his workers were very professional and did an excellent job. We would recommend him without hesitation. He is a perfectionist and is a pleasure. to work with.

Peter and his crew were friendly, hard working, punctual and did an incredible job installing stamped concrete in my backyard. Total square footage was 920 and my family and I are finally enjoying our backyard.

Needed a concrete slab poured for my basement. I called Peter a few times (called him a few months prior when I wasn't yet ready for the work) and every time he would do his best to show up that evening or in the next day, coming whenever he could find the time. For a good price Peter gave me exactly what I needed. He and his team did an excellent job and navigated my place expertly and finished the job (very well) in a matter of hours.
I would give this a 9.5/10 if I could as there probably could have been a small improvement in the cleanup afterwards, but alas it's a dirty job and I would recommend and use them again no doubt.
