Ascents Tree Service

I needed several small/medium dead and diseased trees removed along with their stumps, plus some extra stumps. The quote was reasonable and the guys even did a bit of extra work at no charge. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and polite. They left no mess and did a great job.

The quality of the work (and the cleanup) was excellent. They are true to their quotes, and work very systematically and safely.

Communication was my only complaint. They had to delay or cancel on multiple occasions - once they were simply a no-show.

Overall I would still recommend them based on the high quality of work and good cleanup.

No complaints about the work - the tree removal was well done and the crew cleaned up nicely afterwards.

However, disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication. The job was rescheduled multiple times before it was actually completed. The team no-showed THREE times. Hours after we expected them, an email would arrive asking to reschedule for another day.

Ascents removed two trees - one a large locust - and trimmed a third, a large oak. They also trimmed branches overhanging our eaves. We were impressed with the safe and efficient manner in which the work was done. It was amazing to see the large quantity of sawdust generated in the process of grinding the two large stumps below grade. Their clean-up of our property was exemplary.
We were impressed by Ascents at each stage, from the initial consultation through the removal and ending with the clean-up. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They kept to the promised schedule and were efficient . . . and were very pleasant to deal with!

We had Ascents Tree Service out to take some trees out for us as well as climb our very large Norway maples and trim them back. We could not be happier.

From the initial contact through to the quote, the work done in a timely manner, and no surprises on the invoice we were very happy!

Tim really knows trees and they were able to give us advice on our trees, and the ones they took down they were able to take out the stump with a special machine. I HIGHLY recommend this company for all your tree requirements. They even take CC with a special machine that swipes your card on location.
