Karl has done an amazing job for us 3 years in a row picking up my neighbors also.
When another company failed us miserably, went bankrupt this year, Karl saved the day.
They never failed too show up and gets the job done.
Love thee fact he emails letting us know when her comes by.

The owner Karl appears nice and friendly when getting your business. Once you pay for the season, then the nightmare begins. The snow removal is frequently skipped or delayed, and you have to land up doing it yourself. There will never be any response to your calls, so you are left helpless. He is very arrogant and will show his true color, unprofessionalism, if you happen to complain. He left his service midway and even refused to refund. Beware of this guy. Pay bit more to some reputed company and get some peace of mind.

Disappointed with service. They don't get a zero because they did show up to every snowstorm but negatives were as follows:
1) Often came late in the afternoon after an overnight snowfall. By that point we have had to go in and out multiple times so the snow gets packed down.
2) 3 storms did not clear walkway at all despite paying for service. When questioned stated that they only did walkway's when it snowed 7-10 cm. This is contrary to contract which states they remove snow falls of more than 5 cm.
3) When questioned they were not quick to respond or very friendly and welcomed us to look for another service next year. We will take their advice.

Will definitely not recommend or use again.
