2 windows and an old wooden door with an ugly storm door were replaced. Now a beautiful black steel door with a glass panel with uniquely etched design. The installers were very discreet and polite. Ilia called me 5 min after they left in the evening to make sure if everything went ok. They forgot to give me the re-key for the door knob, it was probably in the garbage by then, but Ilia made sure it'd be found and given to me, and sure he did, he dropped by the following week with the key and the touchup paint. They really respect the customers and go above and beyond.

The windows look great. And the team was excellent - considerate, professional and lots of fun!

Our old front door and side doors (screen and panel) were in dire need of replacement. We could not have been happier with the team at Window Depot Canada. They came by and spent quite a bit of time discussing our situation/needs/options (for our old bungalow w/non-standard door sizes). They gave us a competitive quote, which we accepted. They kept us updated on timelines as the doors were being produced/shipped. Their install crew were pro's and took care of every last detail.

Ilia and team installed a side entry door for us and did a great job of removing the existing door, install and site clean up. We had Ilia and team replace our basement windows and were happy to have them back to replace our door. The door looks great. Thanks Ilia and team - we look forward to our next project together!!

We love this company and can’t say enough about them. We have recommended them to many friends. We originally had them replace our back windows and sliding doors. They did an impeccable job! The workman have always been very skilled and mindful of keeping their work area clean. They are also very reasonably priced! We have now had them install a new front door and screen door. The front door looks stunning and the sliding back doors have completely transformed our backyard space.
