We needed to replace a couple of older wood windows, and our front entrance door, along with our rear patio sliding door. I reached out to 3 different vendors, and while Ilia's quote might have been the cheapest, it was more about the presentation and belief that he would get the job done.
As expected, the installation team came by 8 weeks later, and completed the implementation for us. I have to say, these guys were quick, efficient, and kept me involved the whole time. All pieces were installed, finished, and tidied in about 4 hours. What was more impressive is that I made a comment to the installers about the slide stiffness of the patio doors (they suggested this would ease up over time/use) but Ilia called almost immediately to address the concern. Great service all around, and I have already referred them to another client of mine.

This review is actually about two separate jobs combined into one. We liked working with Ilia so much that we went back to him again a year later.

Ilia is very hands-on and attentive. His team replaced all of our house windows with modern well-insulated windows, and we added a floor-to-ceiling patio walkout. His pricing is extremely fair, especially for the quality we got. We talked to several window suppliers and they all have very similar inventory but Ilia was consistently the best to work with and offered the most competitive pricing.

At one point we had some issues with a latch, and he came over immediately with his personal tool bag to try and fix it. When we couldn't get it working, he got the window manufacturer to come replace the entire mechanism.

It's comforting to feel that if there are any surprises, Ilia will make it right! We've run out of windows to replace, but we'll definitely use Window Depot Canada again if we can.

Absolutely love our new front door! Ilia is truly the best and because we had a great experience with him 5 years ago when he replaced all the windows in our home, we knew we could trust him to provide top quality products and top notch customer service! His installers were very professional, respectful of our space and of us. Door still needs to be wiped down but picture included so you can see the beautiful door for yourself. I will only be working with Ilia for all our window and door needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Ilia and his team were fantastic. Not only were our windows so well priced that we opted to replace more windows in our house outside of our original reno job, but they were so fast and prompt in completing the job sooner quicker than expected - especially during the COVID lockdown. Had 2 custom doors installed as part of a major reno. These guys were fantastic, helpful, quick, and the final product looks amazing. Highly recommend.

Ilia and his team at windows depot Canada were quick to respond to my inquiry about replacing some old glass block windows with something more energy efficient. Ilia walked me through the process and was honest about the difficulty of the task. On installation day, there was a hiccup and the project had to be delayed, but Ilia worked hard to get an installer to come back the very next day in order to get the job done.

Overall I am very happy with the workmanship and the quality of the window.
