Friendly, easy going, consumer centred. John gave me a good deal for the water heater: free installation, clearly stated terms of 10 year contract, $27.99 + tax monthly. Fast, efficient, accommodating to my needs, I would definitely recommend this company.

After doing some research on the water heater, I reached out to Green Approved Solutions. John was very informative and I was sold on Rinnai RU 160 IN.
The only problem is a plumber friend of mine told me that, in case of problems later on, the parts for these brand are not readily available. Since I had already negotiated the install I did not want to back out. Lets hope that they stand behind their product.

Replaced an old electrical water tank with tankless on demand water heater. Current water tank was creating issues so I called Green Approved Solutions and they took out the old water tank and installed a new gas water heater the next day. Fast efficient and professional install. Thanks again!

Imagine walking into the house during our -30 degree weather this January, and you just know the house is too cold and something is definitely wrong. And on top of that is the weekend. This was the first company I called and the only one who returned my call with the hour, walked me through some solutions and John was on site the same day to tell me my furnace was.. well.. dead. We decided to install a new furnace and a tankless water heater while we were at it, the crew came the following day to install it and all was well once again. When I noticed a small drip from the tank's hose, one call and within the hour the crew was back to fix it. John also became my life line as I also got a nest thermostat which I could not install for a few months, but eventually he once again came when I was ready to install it, and walked me through everything. All while calm, friendly and I never felt like a bother. Few businesses work like this, but this team is fantastic!

Well folks, that's great and all, but I'm here to tell you that your chances of making a phone call to get your water tank taken care of are higher than making a call for a ghost sighting. I'm going to tell you who you're gonna call when that moment comes and you need help...you're going to call Green Approved Solutions!! This team came out within 24 hours of me making my call and I had a brand new beautiful tankless water heater in less than 48 hours. Do the math folks!! Not only are they professional, they are highly knowledgeable, do an immaculate job with installation and if that alone doesnt excite you, they also take away your old piece of junk water tank!! My likely hood to recommend is high if you want exceptional service from a company that gets it right!!
