I cant say enough about Air Force. They were the first to respond to my Homestars request, they had a very clear costing profile, and once I contacted them to book our duct cleaning, the positive experience continued.
I was immediately offered a time slot, it was confirmed via email and text, and when they requested a slight change in time, the change was also confirmed.
Damien and Youssef arrived when scheduled (and called when they were on their way), were polite and efficient, and answered all our questions. Best of all, we were shown before and after photos of the ducts, and they looked like they had just been installed.
I wish all companies were as good as Air Force!
