Appliance Repair Expert

My KitchenAid mixer suddenly broke and this appliance I use almost every day. Also my samsung fridge shelve was brocken. I called appliance repair experts and Dmitry came the same day. He was very knowledgeable person he explained what to do and took mixer with him for repair. After two days he brought it back together with fridge shelve he installed. He charged reasonably. The same company did job for my sister and we are happy to recommend them to more people. Good job

Sam was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and very quickly diagnosed the issue with a washer, solved it within 30 min. I would definitely use him and Appliance Repair Experts again and I highly recommend them.

Had some problems with my Kitchen appliances mainly the fridge and electrical stove , did some research and came across Eugene , very satisfied with the work and the prices quoted. Works fantastic now. It was quick and on time so didn't had to wait a lot. Very reliable and quick service. Overall Happy experience.

They provided a booking time and window (9am-12), and then they never showed up. I followed up after the window to see if they were coming and they didn't reply.

They finally came at 445pm, within 30 seconds of looking at the washing machine said it would take around $600 in parts and labour to repair. He recommended I might as well just buy a new washer which felt like an honest answer rather than pushing the repair on me.

While the technician seemed to be honest, but I couldn't find anything too detailed about others having an issue with a 3-4 year old washer requiring it to be replaced.

I paid for the service call, but the issue is not resolved.

You never plan on having an appliance break down. And when its something used as much as a dryer, the key is competant service *quickly*. Dmitry was the first to respond to my request for service. He was courteous and professional on the phone and was able to schedule something the next day at my convenience. They were punctual and thorough. Not the cheapest but to have a repaired dryer (with parts) 24 hours after making the call, I'm a satified customer :)
