I intercepted Peter while he was working on a large job next door to my house to get a quote on a very small job. This was my third quote so I sort of had some idea what was needed and what the going rate was. I was shocked when he told me that the metal roof on a tiny bump out was in great shape and would last "another 20 years". He recommended added some caulking and installed some "spikes" that I had purchased to prevent bird nesting. He also recommended how I could fix another part of my roof. He was polite, professional and, most of all, honest. I know that I was lucky to have him working next door. This was a very small job that I would liken to a repair. I should note that all the other roofers were 'local'. I am keeping note of this company for when I need a larger job.
