Edgar is extremely professional, he proved very knowledgeable and skilled in fixing the appliance. He worked fast and carefully cleaned the place during the intervention. His price was reasonable. I definitely recommend Edgar.

Edgar answered the phone himself and came within 2 hours to fix our dryer.   Over the phone, explaining the issue, he sounded as though he wanted to interrupt me to tell ME what was wrong with it because he honestly knew from the info I'd already provided.  He told me why the problem is happening, how much the two parts would cost if both parts were needed, how much the labour would be-all in a worst case scenario.
After he opened things up, he realized only one part would be necessary (not perfectly psychic) and the labour would in turn, cost less.  

SOOOO happy with him.  Samsung should be recommending him!  We'll call him back anytime. Glad to have someone honest and reliable in the appliance repair biz! :)

The repair person came right away and the service was more than excellent. He showed us the repairs needed and had the parts in his vehicle and fixed it right away. I trust this company

Edgar was right on time, respectful and polite, even removed his shoes on my clean floors. Took apart the dryer and cleaned and fixed everything, gave me some advise when I asked and was very efficient with his time, he was in and out in less than an hour.

Edgar was super responsive and very helpful when I initially put out the request on Homestars. He arrived the next morning, taking every ( Covid-19 precaution. He explained what he was going to do and what the worst case scenario would be. He ran a quick diagnostic, figured out the issue, fixed it and we are happy to announce—the washer is good as new! :) He was so pleasant to work with and knowledgeable that we will definitely recommend him to anyone we know who needs his services! Excellent service, great prices, honest and advice received was so helpful. I was given an estimate from another company which was twice the price. So clearly that other company was not being honest. The vent hose was loose. Lee Appliance messaged me immediately and offered an affordable price. The owner was so caring that he personally came within an hour. He replaced the hose with a more flexible one. Pricing was fair, and the work completed was professional and quick. Thanks so much!
