Maydone Appliance Repair

Using HomeStars, I chose this company to repair my dishwasher based on rating and opened the quote to other vendors. Within a minute I got both a returned message and a phone call from Maydone explaining the assessment quote. I accepted the quote and he said they could have someone there THAT day. They were punctual and quick to determine the problem with the door closure. Instead of leaving me stranded, they made bandaid repairs to let me use the dishwasher. They gave me a quote on the installation of the new part and credited me with the initial visit cost.

They had the part in a couple of days and arranged to install it the next day. Again they were punctual.

Tech guy Arkady came and was so friendly and efficient. Came back a few days later with the part and repair was done as smoothly as can be. It has been nearly a week and Dishwasher is working perfectly.

I left a message on their website on a Sunday evening. To my surprise, someone called me back within a half hour and we scheduled a service appointment for two days later. Dishwasher installation was seamless; as for the dryer, I was given a thorough explanation of what needed repair and how much it would cost. So glad I called Maydone aka WELLDONE!

During the holidays the dishwasher wasn't filling with water. Tried everything to get it working again, even cleaned out the hose going from the unit to the main water supply. Thought it was the inlet valve and it turns out it was. Maydone confirmed it quickly during their initial visit and within a few days they returned with the part and repaired our dishwasher. Needless to say the wife was happy cause it was working flawlessly again. Thank you Maydone!

Dishwasher was fixed quickly without issues. Technician was punctual and cleaned work area. He made sure to run the dishwasher a couple of times to double check that it was working again, very thorough.

On this occasion, two service persons came when they said they would, immediately diagnosed the problem, did the repair, plus fixed the installation, ( a loose unit in the counter) and left as if they hadn't been there.
