our technician said that he did the full inspection for your fridge and told you what the problem is and how much it cost and he give you a good deal for repair but you didnt want to proceed and you told him that you want to buy a new fridge so he asked you for the for the service call to
cover his gas and time, he spent 45 minutes to travel to your address plus he spent around 30 minutes for Diagnosis to give you the best solution the lower cost to repair your fridge and you are giving him a hard time to pay him his servicecall.
although you agreed to pay him when we spoke with you over the phone and before we send our technician.

the technician was trying to save you money and he told you that he was going to try to fix it without parts for just 200 plus tax and you agreed and he told you up front if problem returns you needs a parts for drain system and he's going to cover the labor for second visit also you said no problem
2nd day you call us and you said that the dishwasher is not draining and we told you that you need a drain system parts and you refuse then we help you and we refund you $85
so we try to help you as much as we can for the price although it was late time and weekend we didn't charge you extra money.
If you don't want to spend money on your dishwasher you should say to the technician that you don't want to proceed then you pay him only the service call which is $70 but you agreed to let the technician to work in your dishwasher.
Anyway I will let my manager Michael to call you and help you regarding the issue that you have.
