Kenmore dishwasher Repair

Messaged with JC Appliance and was able to get a technician to come out to look at my dishwasher. Johnny messaged to give a heads up of his arrival and also messaged me 5 mins as I requested so I can crate the dogs.
He was able to diagnose the issue within 5 mins and provided a detailed summary and whether I would like to proceed with the repair, in which I did. I am glad I did as Johnny discovered that the ground was not connected from the initial installation causing the wires to burn and eventually short.
Within the hour, he had it repaired, back in the wall and all cleaned up.
Cant say enough how happy I am with the service and now I can sleep knowing everything is connected properly.
