We have been getting Neon to clean our house no-weekly for about 6 months and are very happy with their service. We have a large 2500 square foot home and they clean the main and top floors fully each time. The price I provided includes taxes and I pay via my credit card which I find convenient. Mary is extremely responsive, open to feedback and manages scheduling change requests well.

We have tried other services and I know there are other more affordable options available however in my experience none have been as reliable or as consistent on quality as Neon. We highly recommend!!

After a rough year our house needed a refresh. Mary and her team at Neon Cleaners had done our deep cleaning when we first moved in 2022, so we decided to contact them again when we needed some help getting our house back up to scratch.
Mary and her team were flexible with our needs and we were able to be flexible with her team when they needed it too. Easy to organise via email; as someone who is always busy in meetings and calls during work hours this is so, so helpful. Also great for people who don't enjoy phone calls!

Pila and Angelica did an amazing job of cleaning everything down, and we're very happy with the work. They got everything we asked for done, including all the specific instructions. They were fast, accurate, and respectful of our home leaving it in grest condition.

The two ladies seemed to enjoy their work and making things nice for me. Lovely women. Everything looks amazing and they went the little bit extra. This is my second time hiring NEON. I hired them to do my daughter's home in Hamilton while she, her husband, and 5 children were away. I was so amazed that I had them come to my home in Oakville. I am very happy I did!

We decided to treat ourselves to an early Christmas gift and schedule a Deep Clean so our house would be nice and refreshed before the holiday season. The process to get a quote was easy and Mary was friendly and helpful. The website only mentioned Oakville and Burlington, but when I inquired directly I was able to book even though we live in Brampton.

Pilar came as scheduled on our chosen cleaning day and did a great job. When she left, the house looked tidy and neat from top to bottom. We were very impressed with the service and are looking to book a regularly scheduled cleaning in the new year.

Nina and Stacey did a phenomenal job. Very detailed and focused on making sure everythint was spotless, and ensured i was happy with everything before they left. Great workers and great customer service! I will definitely use Neon again in the future.

I had the fine folks at Neon come and do a complete deep cleaning after renovation of my duplex in Hamilton. Both units were scrubed top to bottom and look fantastic.
