My less than two year old BOSCH microwave (combo oven) started sparking and I could no longer use it. I called Elite Appliance Service and they sent a technician over within a couple of days. The tech was very professional and thorough. He provided a detail report of the problem with a list of defective parts and labour charges. The company was great at keeping me up to date on part delivery status and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The tech came back to install the new parts and once the work was done he told me that although he had managed to fix the microwave, he was not satisfied with the door switch part since he had to file it down to make it fit. He told me that he would order a new part since the one he installed was defective. I was very happy because I could use my microwave in the meantime. A few days later the tech came back to install the new part and this time it fit perfectly! I am so happy with my decision to use Elite Appliance Service, it was hassle free and very good rates considering all the work they did. I understood everything on the work order thanks to the technician and there were no surprises. I will definitely use their services again and will recommend to family and friends.

The appliance repairman who came to our house was professional and quickly identified what was wrong with our old washer. Instead of trying to upsell us on pricy labour, he kindly suggested it was time to get a new one. He was professional and friendly throughout the process. (work order number: 448506)

I received a call a day in advance of our appointment from a lovely person who told me to expect the technician during a smaller window of time, and that in itself was helpful. The best was learning that the technicians are all double-vaxxed! Then the technician sent a text to let us know 30 min in advance to expect his arrival. He checked our machines and provided us with terrific tips and pointers about how best to maintain our washer and dryer. Very informative and thoughtful and very professional and nicely mannered.

Highly recommend the Elite appliance service. The customer service agent is really friendly and knowledgeable. Our warranty started date is different from the date on the purchased receipt. He explained how to contact Fisher & Paykel to get the service request from them so we could get the repair done under warranty. The technician was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. We need to book another appointment until the new tube arrives. The technician finds a way that temporarily fixes the problem, so we could try the dishwasher to see if there any other issue cause the leaking problem rather than the damaged tube.

Our dryer was shaking and making a terrible noise. Communication leading up to our appointment was excellent! The tech arrived within our service window and was professional and efficient. They fixed our dryer quickly and took the time to explain how it likely broke and what we could do in the future to avoid it happening again. Would DEFINITELY use their services again! We had issues with our washer giving an error on the delicate cycle only. Elite Appliance was able to book us within a week and sent a courtesy notification when they were 10 minutes away. There was an issue with the water value which they fixed but also ordered a new part to replace it as a re-assurance. They were very professional, on-time and fixed the issue
