I hired Andrea to start cleaning my apartment off others' recommendations. My apartment is 800 square feet. She told me she would have 3 people cleaning my apartment and that she was in a rush that day, so I figured it would take 1-2 hours (3-6 total hours of work). The morning of, she told me she was sending four people to clean my apartment. They took 3.5 hours (14 hours of work for professional cleaners total!) and charged me $400!!! For 800sqft!! I don't understand what took so long for my apartment, and when I got home there was still dust and dirt on the floor I picked up.
Worst was the response after - I called her after to explain why I was frustrated, and she told me she would refund $200 via e-transfer and hung up on me within 10 seconds. She then immediately proceeded to send me 42 photos of my apartment showing how it was dirty (some photos were dust on my bookshelf or under my bed, food crumbs under my couch cushion, and my balcony - Normal dirt that would not take 14 hours of professionals to clean, and I did not request my balcony be cleaned) telling me my apartment wasn't clean. When I told her that I wasn't arguing that my apartment wasn't clean but rather about the total time it took professionals to clean my apartment (again, 14 total working hours), she insulted my own cleaning abilities followed by one word, 'bye,' and blocked my phone number. Not only was it inappropriate to spend time taking 42 photos of my apartment, but then to ridicule my cleaning abilities and block my contact information was completely unprofessional.
I am utterly disgusted with the customer service provided and was completely taken advantage of. I would not recommend this service to anyone in the future.
