Was having issues with my laundry center and could not use my washer and the tech Dan came very polite, diagnosed the issue as it was a pump needed to be replaced and same time they change it and it was fixed for less that I was quoted

I went through HomeStars to find a professional to diagnose and repair the dishwasher. I since learned that it is up to the consumer to research the business the contact you to make a service call. As we know reviews are not 100% reliable as anybody is able to write a review.
Appliance Repair fast Saskatoon contacted me an scheduled an appointment. Technician misdiagnosed the problem, charged mileage which I specifically asked and was told no mileage. I installed slides on both sides of upper rack as I was told dishwasher only needed to be reset and was working 100%. Following installation it was discovered there was still no hot water. The business was contacted and the boss said he would visit the next day at 1pm after waiting 4 hours I called the office. They were not aware. He arrived at 7 pm and tried telling me it was getting hot water but was not warm enough to dissolve soap. Finally he says the control board needs replacing. I was not happy about mileage, misdiagnosed, installing part. Etc. The boss agrees to pay for the part that was installed. It took 2 weeks of emails, texts and phone calls to receive the $62 for the part. He would promise and not follow through Day after day. I would not recommend this business.

I’ve had an amazing experience with this company. I have called to book a diagnostic and repair service for my washer that wasn’t working and they booked me in the same day! I’m very satisfied with their technician as well as their staff that are immaculate!
