I requested someone come out and look at a washing machine that was leaking water on a rental property. I explained that I would be paying the bill and that the technician needed to contact me to advise what was wrong with the washer. I received no call at all just an emailed receipt of the $75 plus tax. I called and asked to speak with the technician. I was advised twice that someone would get back to me with the quote and let me know what was wrong. NO ONE ever called me back. I finally received the quote two weeks later. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A CALL WITH REGARDS TO WHAT THE TECHNICIAN FOUND. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Our fridge stopped cooling. We figured the compressor was the issue. ADR came and confirmed that was the issue and told us that they could not fix it. When we told them the issue over the phone and that we thought it was the compressor they should have told us that they are unable to fix compressors. So we paid $90 to have them confirm what we already knew and then had to find someone else who could actually fix it. Very unhappy with them and would never hire them again.

We had to fix our dryer as it would not tumble. All the buttons worked but the dryer would not spin.
Service man came and discovered the drum belt snapped and the pulley was tight.
Waited a week for new parts and now it’s all fixed!
Great job. Very professional.

I initially had a small issue, but when I contacted the company, I received a very prompt and courteous response. I am very impressed with the outcome of this transaction!
