Tech came out and for a dryer not working - went ahead and did a fix without telling me what was diagnosed- apparently an electrical connection. Dryer stopped working about 30 minutes after he left so I called again to have them fix it , this time he said its now the dryer vent or the motor, but his job from last time was still in tact which I have no way of verifying or believing as why did he not state these issues last time? Dryer again is not working. He also was unable to arrive in the scheduled windows for 3 different occasions. Extremely disappointed in this company.

Thermador oven wasn't heating up properly nor maintaining heat. Vadim did a complete diagnostics, checking the control board/relay board. The oven is working again and I was so happy to make a perfectly roasted chicken again. Vadim is excellent to work with and explains everything so well. We are very grateful and happy! In the past Vadim has also installed a new washing machine and a new broiler element. Very happy with that as well. Helen Sadowski

Honest, efficient and respectful. Wont rip you off parts came early parts were sold to me at a fair price and washing machine was fixed in a timely manner I would highly recommend this company great customer service.

I had called another service/repair company some months ago, maybe 6 months. Their tech came out, told me he needed parts, couldn't get them, I should buy a new washer. I kept using it, the cycles didn't always finish, sometimes the laundry would wrap around the agitator and the cycle would quit. I phoned your company last Monday, was told repair tech would be out that afternoon (nice quick service!). That occurred, Vadim diagnosed, said he needed to get parts, he would order them and he would return in ~5 days to do the repair. He called me on Friday (not even 5 days later), said he had the parts and would be here that afternoon to do the repair. He did the repair, but after he left, the washer again wound the laundry around the agitator and didn't complete the cycle. He came back again today when I had tried another load, this one wrapped again around the agitator, he did more adjustments and stayed through the cycle, which worked fine. Very conscientious, want to do a good job and make the customer happy with the results.

Amazing service, easy to schedule, parts were ordered and delivered promptly. Saved a lot of money by giving the right advice. We used this service for dishwasher abd a washer. Both work great.

Dishwasher broke, wouldn't drain. Called this local company, a tech came out that same day. He diagnosed a faulty drain pump, ordered it, and within 3 days he returned and had it completely fixed. Fantastic communication all throughout - he explained why it wasn't working, what exactly he needed to replace, and the breakdown of the cost of the repair. The office is wonderful too, these guys don't usually get the credit, but definitely make a huge difference in this experience!
Overall great experience, will call these guys again if anything else breaks :)

Broke the refrigerator, namely, did not cool. I immediately contacted ADR Home Services and a technician came to me the same day. Now the refrigerator is working. Thank you! I recommend this company.

The tech refused to shut off the water supply in the crawlspace I told him that I am scheduled for knee replacement. On my way back up the ladder I slipped and almost fell. He asked if he could help to which I replied "I weigh 240 pounds, can you pick me up?". I nearly suffered a crippling injury because he refused to shut off the water himself. If I was in a wheelchair would he expect me to climb down the ladder?
