Do It Right Cleaners

A lady came by and had every single cleaning supply you can think of. I have small children so I was very happy to see she had a lot of eco friendly products that didn’t have harsh smells but was fresh. She took her time and didn’t rush, she cleaned everything from top to bottom even things that I didn’t ask for her to clean she cleaned. I decided to get their subscription so she would come back again! Can’t wait for my next clean.

Paid in full upfront. Agreed to a 1:00 pm start. Misrepresented that the cleaner was only being 15 minutes from our house. Over 1 hour and 15 later before they could commit to a new time. Said they were on there way many times. At 5:15 they stopped texting and blocked our number. Would not return payment even though job was not complete.

Do not hire. Bad business practices. Poor communication and obvious over promise and under deliver behavior.

Thanks guys they went above and beyond for me I really appreciate this team of cleaners they left my house looking brand new josh and Kim are amazing I recommended you guys to all my friends and family On time Top notch service
