They provided options on spring quality and quoted their labour cost upfront. They did what was needed to fix up an older door set-up without up-selling.

On a Sunday afternoon one of the cables snapped on our double garage door, so it wouldn't close properly. I messaged 3 different companies and Don Don replied within 2-3 minutes with a phone call. The two technicians arrived about 45 minutes later.

After assessing the damage, they walked me through various options. Although the job turned out to be much larger than they'd thought, they spent the next 3-4 hours fixing things up & the door works way better than it ever did!

They were both super friendly and candid, I did not feel that I was being up-sold at all.
